That's the time for today's workout. I'm so glad I finally have a little more time on my hands so I can get back into a workout routine. Unfortunately it has been too long because I felt quite winded after this decent workout!

Owen's time was 6:48 and he did 65# bar squats! He'll always be my hero...man...I really need to get back into this!
