Maximum Reps!

Today, my workout consisted of doing maximum rounds of burpees, pull ups and swings in 20 minutes:

5x burpees
5x pull ups
5x chin ups
15x swings @ 35#

I got a total of eight rounds in.

While doing my burpees, the combination of tucking my legs in and jumping really wore my knees. As some of you may know, I have problems when I run and now it seems like my condition is worsening because the simple action of bending my knees is hurting! Poopy...
