That's the time for today's workout.

KTE
Swings (35#)
Push ups
(21-15-9)

I did one two days ago that took me 6:04 to complete. I'm not posting it because I can't remember the workout exactly and I'm too lazy to run downstairs and see what it was, but it was something like do eight reps of push ups, pull ups, KTE, atomic sit ups, 65# push press, and burpees for three rounds. That was a yummy one!

As you can see, I'm really trying to master my KTE's! Unfortunately, I'm often stuck doing these short workouts because I'm so bound by time! Anyway, maybe I'll post one up of a murderous one soon. Until then...GET BROLIC!
